All services are provided under a signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

Pricing may vary depending on environment complexity and business requirements.

Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Datakraf NZ may decline or postpone work involving security or regulatory risk.

All customer data is handled in accordance with the NZ Privacy Act 2020.

Work begins once formally approved in writing or via signed proposal.
