Refund & Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with approval from Datakraf NZ before the start date without penalty.

If cancellation occurs mid-project, completed work will be invoiced proportionally.
- Refunds are provided only when Datakraf NZ is unable to deliver the agreed scope.

No refunds apply to completed assessments, configurations, or digital deliverables.
